- Summary view of all controlled positions, which includes the number of positions that are filled or vacant, their total counts, and budgeted salary versus actual salary.

- Full support for multiple account code allocation.

- Complete position history that spans fiscal years is maintained and stored for easy on-line viewing. Information includes the date the position was created, filled, vacated, reclassified (change of account code allocations), or renumbered.

- Support for separation of responsibilities with accounting control for controlled positions separated from job data entry.
